Inspiration, Perspiration, and Motivation.

Hello, my name is Tristan and I basically just made this tumblr so I wouldn't lose followers on my regular tumblr. I'm really into health things and reading(and doing) about different exercise things.
I'm just trying to get fit and toned, so I don't have a "start weight" "current weight" or "goal weight" thing. I take progress pictures often, and I have a seperate blog for them. FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR THE URL AND PW OFF ANON ;) I just know I'd like to have a somewhat muscular body. I will follow back most health related blogs. I try to stay away from as much thinspo as possible, and I pretty much only follow health/fitness blogs. I am absolutely against any EDs, You will also find that I am somewhat of an opinionated person.
Anything close to an "ugw" would be me wanting to have a 22 in. waist like my bby Megan Fox.
